カディスの17歳MFアクーニャは開幕前、12月と2度プロ契約を結び黄色のユニホームを着てプレーすることを望んでいたものの、FIFA規約により認められずにいたが、プロ選手として契約のできる18歳にあと100日となり喜びを表し、カディスがらいシーズンもプリメーラでプレーすることを夢見ている。

「ようやく、自分を苦しめていたシーズンが終る事に感謝しているよ。今まで夏と冬にチームと共にプレーできるように申請していたけど却下されていたから、はれて18歳になったらチームの一員になれるからね。自分は弁護士じゃないから何がいけないのかわからないけどとにかく、いろいろと手を尽くしてくれた家族、クラブに感謝しないといけないね。今はチームが残留するかどうか意見はしたくない。チームのみんなは目標に向かってがんばっている。ただ最後まで力を尽くしカディスがプリメーラに残って自分が来年プレーできることを祈ってるよ。出場機会は奪われていたけどこの思いは誰にも奪うことは出来ないさ」
